Yay! My S. Britt t-shirt came today!

Between this and the Rainy Day Lion T from Anna Chambers, I'm stylin!

This weekend is for catching up on my knitting, hanging with the kitty and sleeping. Work was a nutfarm all week, and by the end of today everyone was grumpy. I came home, went for a ride, fixed dinner and collapsed. There will be much dozing over the next 48 hours.

In the spirit of leaving behind everybody's workweek stress, here are two bits of beauty. First up is my supper spot by the river. It's only about 5 miles from my place, so I usually stop on the way home to munch. You can't see it from the bike trail, so it's completely private. It would make pefecto makeout site. ;-)

And do you remember how I mentioned buying some jewelry last weekend? Here they are in their tiny glory. Brushed platinum and cubic zirconia, thank you very much. I really hate the diamond industry. But look how pretty!

I'll also be working on the Typepad site this weekend. I love the interface they've designed. The people over at Six Apart think like bloggers, and it shows. Everything's very user-friendly. I highly recommend it. The site, which is called The Munching Muse, should be ready in early September. Please feel free to voice your ideas/opinions.

Excuse me now; I have the heavy duty of watching Bull Durham for the six millionth time and drinking another beer. Cheers!
