My virtual life is on hold for a few days, folks. Talk to after the weekend's over.

And wish me luck.

Andy Goldsworthy's sculptures are organic and beautiful; they make me want to run away on one of those vegan yoga retreats. I fell in love with his work about 10 years ago as an undergraduate art history student. You will never look at a rock the same way.

This halter and boyshort set from Rebecca are almost too perfect. But honestly, how many women have a 32-34" chest? What are they thinking?

Take a look at beaded cloths. These are amazing - if for nothing else than the sheer time involved. My god, you could raise a child before one of these was finished!

A trip to the Greek Isles sounds sooo good right now. Except that where I really want to go is Crete; there's something about the Minoans that's fascinating. Have you seen the snake goddess?

I woke up today to find that my coral banded shrimp had shed. Hurray, that means he's growing! As of this morning, everyone is healthy and behaving themselves. Total contents of the 55-gallon marine are: George, the tomato clown; Pep, the above-mentioned shrimp; Butch, male squarebacked anthias (so named because he's such a pussy!); the new coral beauty and the new royal gramma. The newbies need names, but it always takes a while. George thinks he's gorgeous, thus the handle. Pep looks like those huge candy sticks you see at Christmas. You get the idea.
